I have tried 2 times coming here to look at vehicles and both time no one came to help us. Instead we sat in the lot looking up the cars on the phones to find out the details. I even went in used the restroom and was still ignored. Very unprofessional and lost a sale.

Anastasiia and Chris were both absolutely amazing to work with!!! We came in about an hour before closing and the level of service was just as fantastic as if it were noon. We didn't feel rushed and they spent extra time going over all the new features with us. They were both awesome. We also worked with Jesus to finalize our financing and he was super friendly and efficient. Would definitely buy from Premier Chevrolet in Carlsbad again!
