I had a bad experience with George Hebert the hone inspector. He did my home inspection in less than 10 minutes and charged me $154. He told me I had two half a shingles that blew off during the Hurricanes. I nailed down two shingles the next day. He asked me to email him the new shingles. I tried to email him the photos. We hired this company to do our 4-point inspection on a house we had put an offer on. We were grateful that the inspector caught a major issue with the HVAC and we got a credit from the seller. We ended up buying the house and a week after closing, we discovered soggy carpet in one of the bedrooms due to a pipe leak behind a wall. A month later we discovered that another pipe had been leaking in a different location. We suspect these were not new problems and should have been caught. Did an inspection on 9/13/23. Report did not show that wiring did not meet code specifications. Wiring on hot water heater was left totally exposed without conduit. This condition was clearly visible and was not mentioned in report. It presented a fire hazard. Stay away from this company
Lazy inspector. Doesn't finish paperwork and had a bad attitude! Stay away from this company!
The only reason I gave them a 1 star rating is there is not a 0 rating available. I would never ever use this company again. Jason did the inspection for my Citizen's contract renewal and indicated that our back door did not meet wind mitigation requirements. We had a hurricane cover installed and it took quite a while to get Jason to come back out and update the inspection.
