Matt has a real enthusiasm for what he does and knows exactly what pairs well with certain sides and flavours. My husband brought Matt in to prepare breakfast at Minnesota Supply of La Crosse for his crew and team leaders from St. Louis, MO. They were very impressed. Raved about it to people at the other branch offices they visited that day. Thanks Premier.
Attended a wedding where Premier was the caterer. Matt was an amazing cook and very professional. He even let those that were interested sample fresh pork off his cooker. He was even kind enough to chat with us and share some of his expertise.

We had them for a large wedding on June 11. I have never been more impressed! The food was fabulous, service and communication was above and beyond what one could expect from their catering company! If you don't have Matt and Shobi cater your event, you are CRAZY!
