Our sales person, Jackie, came in our her day off to help us pick out an affordable carpet and be able to rush our order. Jackie has helped us in the past, but she goes above and beyond. She has also brought carpet samples to our home in order to save us time. We continue to come here for the excellent service we receive.

Just wanted to say “Thank You” to Jackie. I called the store yesterday needing something. She went out of her way to find it for me. I stopped in to get it and ended up talking with her like I’ve known her forever. She picked out the perfect carpet for me… I love it 😍 Thank you to both wonderful ladies at the store. 10 stars
This place sold us some kind of messed up carpet just found out living here with it for all winter don't go there I take back everything nice I said about them I got unbelievable allergies from it unbelievable I had to close the room off it was so bad and just live in my kitchen and dining room all winter long I asked them to get it out of here and take it back and she told my boyfriend oh no we don't want it back or nothing to do with it really so I had to hire a company to come in here and take it away they don't stand beh... read more
I needed new carpeting (bedrooms and hall) and vinyl plank for a living room and dining room. I stopped in the North Ridgeville office due to the proximity to the location of the job and the staff was super helpful. I said I want inexpensive but not crappy carpet and a good looking vinyl plank for a house that is going on the market. They pointed me to really great options.
