They were efficient and when the carpet dried and there were a few stained areas, they came back out same day. Excellent customer service!
Ian and Kim were on-time, courteous, and quick! They are careful to lay down towels, corner protectors, and clean up any drips after they’re done. Very thorough cleaning, and I was able to get an appointment in the same week I called! The prices are very reasonable as well, less than what they quoted me for. They even give you shoe/sock protectors to wear if you need to walk on the carpet while it’s still wet.
10/10 definitely surpassed my expectations, will be using again and recommending to everyone.

Not only did they arrive early, but did the most phenomenal job you’ve ever seen getting out stains and slime out of carpet that that had been there for longer than a month. They were courteous, professional, and even came in under their quoted price I could not more highly recommend premier carpet cleaning.
