I have been coming here on and off for about 10+ years and I can say I have been to a few other clinics as well and I promise you will not find a more easy going and smooth process and I mean the staff and front desk are amazing at getting you thru the process as quickly as possible and let me tell you I have b never waited more than 5 mins to be in and out the door on a regular day and they care about u and your recovery.😊 Thanks CMS for being the best clinic I have always come back too when i need help and support! ❣️

I have been going to this facility on & off since 2017. I have seen many staff members come & go, and right now, I believe the Dearborn CMS location has the best group. They have each others backs, they work with patients to be flexible, and the team as a whole works with synergy.
