The nurses are so sweet and caring. Nobody here gives you attitude or they treat you with the upmost respect. I feel as if they genuinely care about my well-being. I recommend this clinic over any of the other ones in the metro detroit- downriver area. They are the best!
My experience at the Community Medical Services clinic in Dearborn Heights has been deeply disappointing and has raised serious concerns about their standard of care. First I have to say that everybody who works here is a dedicated, hard working person and generally friendly. Now that the disclaimer is over... This place has several issues, I'll get into 3 of the biggest. 1. They've been moving their closing time, in small increments, for years. I've been here 3 years, and while they still post 1230 as their closing time, that is absolutely not true. This is by far the BEST clinic around! Each and every single staff member here are equally empathetic and compassionate about the well-being of the community. I have never once felted judged which is extremely important during the early stages of recovery. I am extremely grateful to be back here. Special shout out to my girl Tonya!
