New to the area and seeing Melanie has been great! Busy office, but the staff is caring, attentive, and super informative. Melanie has been amazing—really takes the time to explain everything. Phones get busy (what doctor’s office doesn’t? haha), but overall a top-notch experience!
Don’t come here, they put the wrong billing code for my insurance and send me a bill to pay.
Came in for a regular blood test. The dr put in the wrong codes and added so many extra tests. Because of her lack of understanding and greed they expect me to pay a hefty amount for a blood test. Get your blood done somewhere else I’ve never been asked to pay this much for a blood test
The doctors are fine but the admin staff is atrocious. Rude, won't communicate clearly. They recently phoned me several times about something, couldn't understand what they were saying and then hung up on me when I asked them to speak closer to the phone so I could hear.
