DO NOT GO HERE! I have spent months trying to get my records from Dr. Sadat and the team and no one can seem to help me. I call one day and they are “working on it” and the next they can’t even find me in their system. Then all of a sudden they don’t have access to the heart monitor records and I have to facilitate the transfer from places they WORK WITH and SENT ME TO because no one can do their job apparently.
