These people are terrible! They won't respond to your messages or your phone calls. They have some of the worst communication skills that I've seen whether you are talking with their office manager, the doctor or their staff. They say they will do something and never do it. They talk on the phone while they treat you and stick needles in your arm. They are sooooooo unresponsive! I've requested my medical bills 3 different times now and they don't even have the courtesy to respond to my in-portal messages requesting same! My ... read more
The doctors are great, BUT the office staff is the worst. You would think they were a little more competent because they are working for a Cardiology office handling patients medical information/appointments. But NO…. I had a series of appointments made in June. I misplaced my paperwork that was given to me from them stating my appointment times… So I called them this morning inquiring about my appointment for a stress test, and the young lady stated that there was no appointment. My fiance and I been a patients of Dr.Parikah's for almost 10 years and he and his staff are wonderful excellent care! Dr.Parikah and his staff are very skilled and supportive of their patients needs and we highly recommend his offices if you need an excellent cardiologist and staff!!!
they lied to my insurance saying i was there fro 30+ minutes charging me for that but really it was 5-10. insurance wont do anything since it is what they submitted. they also have typos on their forms which is concerning for a cardiologist office it is also literally IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with anyone here. edit: and to further my point, i have called the number below at least 5 different times, and left messages, no one returns the call ever.
