You wait an inordinate amount of time to be seen once placed in a room. Dr. Kelly is sweet but the wait for ANY of them is ridiculous. The providers are neglectful in not training their staff to check up on patients while waiting in these rooms. It is rude, unprofessional and providers SHOULD know better as they live for positive reviews/ referrals. Today will be my last visit due to this neglect and thoughtlessness.
