I had the unfortunate experience of working at Dr. Banerjee's office for two months, and I feel compelled to share what I observed during my time there. While Dr. Banerjee is undoubtedly an intelligent and knowledgeable physician, her approach to patient care and her treatment of staff are deeply concerning. UPDATE: I switched to another office. This one relocated & the office staff had been horrible. I rarely ever got to see the doc anymore-was always sent to the PA. When I had Covid & had to cancel my appt last year, while I was sick, I had to send them PROOF of positive Covid test to prevent from being charged a large no show fee & they refused to do any telemedicine. I am just shocked as to how much they changed in a short time not to mention messing up a bunch of appts later for venous treatments & leaving me frustrated so ... read more
