Had a bad experience with the greeting guy. Nasty and refuse to vacuum my truck. Do not recommend it .
Used to love coming here....they lost me today when they charged me $2 to power wash my rubber floor mats. Took the guy 39 seconds. It used to be included. Glow here I come!

I have had 4 terrible experiences in a row here ! What happened to this car wash ? I watched as they failed to wash my windows ? I went in and requested they get washed . I came and realized they never vacuumed the back of the car ? Why pay for full service when you don’t even get half ?
Worst experience ever went there last Saturday first of all the staff was rude then when my SUV came out the wash they only washed the driver’s side floor liners not the passenger side the insides was never vacuumed and i paid for the platinum service they just shoved my driver’s side floor liner in without even attaching it into the slots. My console and dash nothing was cleaned I came home and ended up cleaning the inside myself i won’t ever go back there or recommend anyone going there
Went to the metuchen location, thinking it was still better than my local car wash. I paid for the the platinum package. They did the rugs, but under them looks barely vacuumed. They skipped vacuuming the hatchback completely and I had to wipe my own dash again when I got home
I went to the Millburn location today at 12:35pm. They had closed early for the day. When I asked the one employee who was getting into his car why they closed, he said “because of the rain”. It was 60 degrees and perfectly sunny. It has been quite rainy around 11am, but that leaves like 6 hours before closing to be open *if* the rain is even a reason to close. Nothing on the website said anything about closing for weather. Waste of my time and really ridiculous.
One the best car washes I have ever had . They were amazing !
