This is an awesome place. The customer service was excellent. Everyone seemed happy to assist me. The work done on my challenger was done well. And, the complimentary detailing had my red paint really shining. I would recommend them to anyone.
Mark and his crew have always done a superb job of making our cars look like new again, whether they've been bumped by a shopping cart or demolished on the highway. They keep an open line of communication with their customers and make sure their expectations have been met and that the customer is happy. AMAZING people and FANTASTIC job repairing my 2017 Mustang after I hit a deer!! My car looks better now than it did before, lol! Seriously though, I'll definitely be back for any future work and I tell everyone I know about Premier. Josh and Jeremy are awesome and always kept me updated on all of the repairs.
I am beyond satisfied with the experience I had with Premier! They spent time doing some research to find the best deal on parts for my repair, thoroughly explained their pricing, and were more than reasonable. I feel like these days many businesses have began focusing less on quality of service, but Premier is not one of those businesses. I had a great experience at this business! Awesome customer service! It was a quick turnaround! The body shop manager, Jeremy kept me informed of the progress and the work they did for me was excellent! Very professional but friendly staff!
