Excellent. Problem solved. Reasonable pricing with prompt service I took my wife's 1991 Pontiac Firebird in about six months ago when the Service Engine Soon light kept coming on. PCC found the problem right away, found an original new Delco EGR solenoid and got it installed the next day. This week, the heater control valve failed in the same car. I work for a contractor, and we take our trucks and pickups to Premier Car Care Center. They have done mainly maintenance for us for about a year. We have used them since they moved onto 7th Street. Their quality is good; I have no complaints. They get it in, get it fixed, and get it back out to us.
I had a wheel bearing out on my truck, so I called Premier Car Care Center. They sent out a tow, picked up my truck, and had it ready to go the next morning. They were real fast, prompt, and professional. Everything was good. I had used them before a few years ago and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
I have been going to Premier Car Care Center for many years, about 14, and I have 3 vehicles they service. Of the 3 vehicles I have, 2 are 30 plus years old. They service those older vehicles and my newer Crown Vic. They do very good work; I would highly recommend them. They are quick, and their prices are reasonable. Their customer service is excellent. They are very knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with Premier Car Care Center.
I would definitely recommend Premier. These people listened to my concerns, understood my problem, diagnosed the reasons for the problems, and gave me a quote....quickly. They discovered the real reason for my heater not working too and fixed that. Their price is reasonable and they didn't make me feel stupid because I didn't know anything about cars. I have found our mechanic!
