Stay away. Bad business practices. They rented us a place that turned out to be a dump. Told us they would have it cleaned and repaired before we moved in. Place was filthy. Carpet was crunchy, I ended up filling the vacuum with just 2 bedrooms and stairs. Place smelled like pets and cigs especially when hotter. Broken glass took 2 months to fix. This company never go to give your security deposit back. I lived eight years on a townhouse rented at this company in 2011. The carpet was about 6 year old now 13 years old, the walls never get paint since 2005 and I spent 1 full day cleaning this place before I returned it and they still charge me $120 for clean services plus $900 for paint the unit.
