I've had a really good experience with this office Dr Harriott did knee surgery after a mid diagnosis. Still with issues, it's very delicate, and we are working on new options. I thrilled he is being cautious and I'm not eager for more surgery.one step at a time, since, kindness and professionalism, allow the patient to collaborate for best outcome.

I had a serious fall in July. Dr. Kane was my doctor in the emergency room at Beebe Hospital. He was very compassionate and professional. I thank Him and his staff for follow up care and concern. Although I was unable to have my surgery here in Delaware, I was very satisfied with his follow up, patient care as well as his office staff.

Billing Manager is extremely rude! I was misinformed by an employee and told my X-Rays would be covered fully. I questioned the employees answer and wanted to call my insurance to confirm. The X-ray tech insisted that I was covered and I trusted her professional answer. 6 months later I get a bill from the medical office for my remaining portion when I was told I was covered fully.
