Rob offers more than a rub down. He is familiar with the needs of athletic recovery. He has helped tremendously with areas of my body that are hyper mobile and areas that have been previously injured. I like the communicative approach he has so that my specific needs are met. I am glad that I left smelling nice as most massage oils leave a 'fishy' after smell :/ If you train regularly I recommend bimonthly, 90 minute massages with Rob. This is what I do and am hooked on the amazing results!
