They shared my therapy notes without permission and then discharged me as a patient.
I was running out of medication. Could not afford an appointment with my counselor. The receptionist would not even let me make an appointment with my nurse practitioner to get a refill until I made an appointment with the counselor. They don't care about your mental health - all they care about is money.
Very dissapointed. They take one fee for getting you information and another fee to see a counselor. Rude responses to questions.
Everyone in the office is wonderful! They all work as a team and everything in the office runs very smoothly because of it.
A mental health facility where the patient is just a source of income. They will overcharge you in advance for a visit. Doctor misses appointments with no notice. Doctor took a phone call during session. Doctor first, patient last is how you get treated by the office and Doctor. Received a call from a PBH director named Deanna (sp?). They are the best place I've gone to four behavioural health issues. They are helpful, understanding, non-judgemental and they are helping me a great deal
