I had my bath surround remodeled in 2023 and the tile was installed absolutely beautifully. A rain shower and a hand-held, as well as a new faucet and glass shelves were also too. The shower really made it pop. Now, 3 years later, Ben will be doing more work to my home. He went out of his way to get to my home at the last minute and took an extensive look at everything to ensure I'm going to have a great look throughout my home. Thank you, Ben!!
I hired this company for a flooring/renovation project that was expected to be completed in a reasonable timeframe. The work ultimately took over six months, with multiple delays and inconsistent communication throughout. I had to follow up repeatedly for updates and timelines, which made the process frustrating and time-consuming.
