Great service in side or out and always willing to take care of your banking in a friendly and professional manner. Great cheking, savings and a lot of other options. Give them a try or call and talk to them. I use First federal bank on Allentown road.
I have had some issues with some of the employees at this bank and Ottawa being very races and there is absolutely no reason for it what so ever. I thought it was a great bank at first but the more I communicate with them the more it happens. Not to mention when a secret shopper went in and did her job she found that they didn’t even speak to black people upon arrival let alone be friendly. First Federal Bank was very easy to work with, both on our mortgage and our HELOC. We've had a couple of mortgages with them and they've worked as expected. At one point our mortgage was going to go up because the escrow was getting low. We added some money to the escrow and kept our payment low because they informed well in advance about this situation. They have always been very helpful when I called with questions.
This has been my only bank, ever! I have my account still from when I was 14 years old. Always friendly and helpful. I love the online bill pay, and mobile app, makes banking so much easier!!!
This has been my bank for years. Great customer service and meets my banking needs! You cannot go wrong with this bank.
