Such a professional operation! I have a fairly new mercedes and will be skipping the dealer maintenance now I have the Premier team werking on my Benz!
Extremely professional and very courteous. They accommodated my busy schedule to accomplish the needed work within the time I had available. Their dedicated time and scheduling allowed my repairs to be completed sooner than expected.
Had Premier AutoWerks install an IRL single mid-pipe and axle-back exhaust on my BMW G82 M4. The work was done quickly and accurately and the cost was very reasonable. Their location was very convenient and they took good care of my car. I will definitely be having more work done by them in the future. Shout out to Jim and Emily for all the help. Really happy with my experience.
I'm new to Frederick and have been looking for a good shop I can trust to service my M2. I had a bad experience at another local shop with my X5, so was excited to see a BMW specialty shop in town. Jim and Emily were really great to work with and a lot of fun chatting with. My car really means a lot to me so I'm super relieved to have found such a fantastic place to take care of it.
