I am a return customer for this repair shop. I used to own the Range Rover. Not too many repair shop wanted to touch it or not even interested in to look at it and help me. But Premier Auto Shop is always welcoming me and helping me to fix my problems. Now I am owning Jeep. Last Friday, engine did not turn on at all. They will try to sell you cars without disclosing serious issues with them.
I bought a car here around 2 years ago. The reason I'm leaving a review now is because I sold the same car that I bought from here and when I did I found out it was in an accident before, which this dealership failed to disclose when I bought it. They sold it to me way higher than they should have and acted like nothing was wrong with it. Ask for a vin check or report on the car before you buy it if you do, and make sure you know what you're getting into. I honestly don't know where to begin. The service department is top notch. So helpful, knowledgeable, reliable and courteous. The sales department is wonderful. No pressure. I have sent several friends there and they are still calling to thank me. I highly recommend Premier Automotive.
Staff very unprofessional looking to buy a car and no one answers. In the rare event they do answer they always take my contact info to "call me back" never do
