He will only fix what is broken and is honest as they come. The cost is cheap in my opinion. I would recommend this place hands down. I will never take my cars else where.
very professional, never had a problem. anything that they can fix I will have them do! Very honest. I refer them to everyone in the area. they always make sure i know what is going on and the best way to go about things if i can't afford things right away. I had issues with my steering rack and they made sure they were able to squeeze me in. very dependable and I won't take my stuff anywhere else if I don't have to. Well done Premier! you just got a long time customer. very impressed.

I made and appointment to get an alignment 2 days before my time and after waiting an hour and my car STILL not it in. I left. VERY ANNOYED!!!
Finally - AN HONEST FAIR MECHANIC.Josh will tell you what the problem is. Gives you an estimate & lets you know how serious the problem is . I come all the way from Cedar Springs to have Josh service my car. I totally trust him. The office gal Karis is so sweet. She makes you feel welcome even if she's extremely busy. These two make a fantastic team! Awesome place to go!!
