My husband and I needed a work truck for him, found an ad on Craigslist went out, no games, they were very fair, no hassle, every single item that needed fixing still they took care of, were extremely professional. Great experience.
Love Larry and John. Have been going there with my 21-year old Camry for five years. They have never tried to sell me something in terms of repairs that I didn't need. I have never questioned their prices or haggled with them, and I have always found out later when I tell people what I paid that I got an excellent deal. Bottom line, they won't schmooze you, they won't cheat you, they'll give you the bottom line - take it or leave it, it's that simple. I have never regretted going with them.
I highly recommend Premier Auto Wholesale. Larry is the most fair and reasonable mechanic I have know since moving to Portland. They never recommend repairs that you don't need and never overcharge. We have had them work on all of our vehicles with great results. When we needed a good car they sold us a very nice used car AND fixed everything on the vehicle that needed work before we picked it up.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SALES!! – We needed a get around car. Told him how much i had down. Asked if he took payments, he said yes. Took 2 days to get a price. I had to call him. Asked him what he would want for the monthly payment, he said, oh first you need a price, now you want payments, Goodbye & hung up on me. Hahahahahaha! What a FREAK!
If you want a honest mechanic Larry is your guy !!! – I was told all kinds of things were wrong with my Jeep on 2 different occassion by other mechanics in the area. Both times Larry and his staff one quoted me much lower prices to fix them. But also when I picked up my car in both cases the problems I was told were the issue were not.
