I have been a customer of Premier Auto since they opened in Jersey Village. I continue to be a customer because I have had nothing but positive experiences with Premier. Jim has looked after all of my automobiles and provides excellent service every time we bring one in.
These guys aren't your normal type of auto repair center! They actually care about your vehicle needs and will tell it to you straight from the get-go because they know what customer service should be about. Love this place. Fixes my car right the first time .Never any mysterious charges. Does excellent work.
The shop is owned and run by James Martino. I have found him to be honest and straightforward, and he is my mechanic of choice. He and his mechanics have done a great job pinpointing the source of rattles and squeaks on my family's two autos (Honda Civic and VW Passat). The first time I went to him and spoke with him, he told me that he does not try to push repairs or work on people, only the issue at hand. So far this has held true. Only place to take your car! – I've been going to Premier for over 20 years.
They've repaired all our family cars. I wouldn't let anyone else work on my cars. Premier Automotive is very honest and informative. They have been great to work with. They have sent me away saying "You don't need anything done" after a checkup, I don't know anywhere else that will say that.
Good customer service. They even have rental cars available..
Great place. They solved a problem that the other mechanic shops couldn't figure out. They saved me a lot of money by fixing the problem and not putting a new engine in.
James was the best, extremely friendly and a real big help!!
