Awesome service, thanks – After reading these great reviews and decided to try them out myself. I ended up having a great experience. The staff was very polite, knowledgeable, responsible and reasonable. Overall, the place is very clean, easy accessible and staff was great.
Awesome service – I wish all mechanic shops were like this place; they tell it like it is. No candy coating to get you to repair your car at their shop and are honest.
Great Experience – Paramount is an awesome repair shop. They were gracious and knowledgeable. They fixed what I asked them to and did not try to scare me into replacing another part on my car like other service shops out there.
I will be back – I have always had great service from Paramount Auto. It has been so refreshing to have honesty when it comes to auto repairs. Thank you guys!
Awesome repair shop – Any car that we bring in is repaired quickly. The mechanics are well mannered and repairs are always done to my satisfaction. One of my favorite aspects of Paramount is the minimal wait times which are very much appreciated.

okay i guess – Every time I take my car in for an oil change they always try to upsell me( i.e. transmission flush, air filter, windshield wipers). The worst experience is that they stripped the nut on my oil pan and told me that I would need a new oil pan ($800) and that the Helicoil fix was very temporary. At first they refused to accept responsibility for stripping it, even though it is the only place I have gone for oil changes. Trustworthy! – I have been going to this Goodyear for about 6 years with two vehicles. Over that period of time, I have used them for regular oil changes and for emergency repairs. Every time I bring my vehicle in, they check my vehicle over. Sometimes they will identify issues. If they do not need to be addressed immediately, it's a friendly heads up and they give me an estimate. If they feel it is of an urgent nature, they let me know.
