I took my car to Premier Auto repair in Tyler because they showed a 5 star review. I called last week and made an appointment with Michael for Monday 9/15/25. Micheal was very professional. Dropped my car off on Monday at around 0810 and Joe” baby face” Nelson at front desk checked me in. I went to run some errands but then I came back twice to check on the status of the car and Joe ( at front desk) told me car was next and it would take about an hour or so for diagnostic. Called a few shops and was referred to Premier Auto for a simple drain and fill on my transmission. Price quoted was very reasonable and fair. I asked to use a specific ATF from Toyota and they were able to oblige my request with no issues. Atmosphere is great...they have drinks and snack while you wait. The service was great! I don't understand the 1 star reviews but I guess you can't please everyone. Will definitely bring my truck here for services in the future.
They did a good job replacing the brakes on my company truck.
