Very kind, straightforward, and knowledgeable.
I'm a DIY'er and I accidentally overcharged refrigerant in car's AC system. I went to Premier Auto Repair before permanent damage could happen, and they charged me a very fair price to evacuate and recharge the AC system, and also replace the PAG oil with BG brand. I used their convenient online appointment system and the repair was done within an hour while I waited. I'd gladly come back to this shop again.
They rear ended my friend’s Mustang when taken in for a diagnosis and still charged for the service. Very disappointing.
These guys are super awesome they have great customer service and work with you when it comes to payments if you don't have the coverage right away I would most definitely be coming back with my cars and trucks. I have told my family and friends to bring there cars and they have and found out for themselves that this place is amazing. You guys are killing thank you guys!!!!!
Amazing service, they were able to fix my A/C problems and were very transparent about everything. Joe has amazing customer service and is also very knowledgeable about cars.
