I was going to give this place 5 stars, even after I knew the salesman lied to me about giving me a 6% interest rate or lower (gave me 8% and didn’t even tell me about it until i read it and asked while about to sign the last set of papers). But after driving the car for only one week after I bought it, the car just died on me. Good thing I wasn’t on the highway or something and was just at the car wash. Victory Hyundai at the Legends Out of all the vehicles purchased I’ve never known a salesman (Dominic) or dealership to care about my circumstances and go over and beyond to assist me. I can’t thank them enough - highly appreciate and recommend.
I am extremely disappointed with the interior condition of the vehicle I purchased from this dealership. The car was presented as sale-ready, but shortly after bringing it home, I discovered that the interior had clearly not been properly detailed—or even given a basic cleaning before being put on the lot. BUYER BEWARE I don’t normally make reviews unless I feel like the situation was wrong or poorly mishandled, and the experience I had warrants a review to warn other buyers. I drove 3 hours to look at a car in the middle of the week. We had a tentative deal worked out, contingent on the car (2018 Chevy Suburban) being good and safe for my family.
