I had an excellent experience at Victory Hyundai working with Dominic Harrington. He was patient with my questions and straight forward with his answers. He made my car buying experience so easy. Don Hodge was by far the worst person to deal with at this location. Don raised his voice at two women customers after being caught on the phone saying “these people are something”. He should be embarrassed. His boss, Brett resolved the issue AFTER being asked who was in charge and witnessing the whole encounter. For a beginning business they should be ashamed.
Thank you to Tim for his exceptional customer service! I came to Victory Hyundai from another dealership where I had a terrible experience. Tim provided incredible grace and professionalism. Will be happily returning in the future.
This review is for Geraldo! He did a wonderful job helping us. He was attentive to our needs and he did not pressure us to buy the car. It was a crappy deal that the car did not get to come home with us because it ended up in the shop as soon as my son started it up to leave. I guess a part of us had a feeling that was gonna happen in the beginning, but that’s what that bumper-to-bumper warranty is for.
