Very confused. I called to see if I could schedule an appointment to have my car looked at, explained there’s some acceleration issues and that at my current mileage is when I began having issues with a previous sonata I owned. When I asked it if I could bring it in, the person on the phone(who was calm and not terse in any way) told me they can’t really just “check a car out” to see if it’s okay, that I needed a specific issue.
