I absolutely loved Premier when they first opened, until recently I had nothing but great things to say and referred EVERYONE to them. Earlier this month though things changed and now I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! I was charged $100 for a new name plate on my hood that was never placed! I had to bring it up to them!! Even after reaching out Brian, the owner, all I get is "I'm sorry you had a bad experience" with no offer to try to make things right!
Anytime I have an issue with my care I only trust premiere auto body to do the job right the first time. From an oil change, to more serious issues, they are always helpful, polite, and quick with repairs.
Excellent repair job, excellent customer service, honest and reliable! This will be the only place I will take my vehicle if I need another repair done. Love the dog Rusty! 🐕
