This company has to be by far the worst management I have ever been with. First of all, my grass on MY lawn has been drying for years now and has not seen any care at all from them, so i dont know what we even pay them for if they dont do their own part as it is suppose to be, which is one of their many responsibilities as an association company and they also don't have anyone that speaks Spanish.
Premier Association Management was the association used for my last town home. Now that it's been a year since I've dealt with them, I can finally leave a review with a cool head. It's going to be hard to fit this in a short and concise fashion, but I'll try. Here's why I would suggest staying far away from this association: 1) Cost of association dues went up 4 times within 3 years.
