Completely unprofessional, lazy, and unresponsive. I called and spoke with Sasha Singh to respectfully ask for an update on an application and she hung up on me. After letting the application sit for 3 weeks, she finally realized that documents were missing and then responded that there would be a delay without giving an updated timeline. I tried to reach out to Ray Bachan since she lacks communication skills and since he is supposed to be the CEO. He hasn't returned my call. We switched to this management company for our community and it has been horrible. They are unresponsive and do not care. At this point we need to get a group together and head to the office, because they don’t respond to calls or emails. We haven’t even had an update in our community since December of 2025. Time for a change.
We are getting much better service now than ever before. The last 10 years were a disaster with the other management company
