I wish could give them negative I would not recommend this HOA based on my experience. The way my concerns were handled was extremely disappointing. I had an ongoing pest-control problem in my unit, including baby roaches, and I repeatedly tried to get help. The HOA was aware of the situation, but I did not feel that they took my concerns seriously or did enough to help get the pest problem under control. This is the worst property management company. Very poor service.
Completely unprofessional, lazy, and unresponsive. I called and spoke with Sasha Singh to respectfully ask for an update on an application and she hung up on me. After letting the application sit for 3 weeks, she finally realized that documents were missing and then responded that there would be a delay without giving an updated timeline. I tried to reach out to Ray Bachan since she lacks communication skills and since he is supposed to be the CEO. He hasn't returned my call.
