Worst property management stay away from them!! Money makers!!
As a long time client with Premier, my experience has been great! I've dealt with Sasha, Brian, and Rausse and they have been extremely professional and helpful. Always looking forward to give them our association business.
I am a Realtor in Broward County and I recently had a transaction and Premier Asssociation Management was the management company. They were right on top of the transaction needs and got us everything we needed to satisfy the lender. I especally want to shout out to Rausse as she is extremely helpful and knowledgeable .
Completely unprofessional, lazy, and unresponsive. I called and spoke with Sasha Singh to respectfully ask for an update on an application and she hung up on me. After letting the application sit for 3 weeks, she finally realized that documents were missing and then responded that there would be a delay without giving an updated timeline. I tried to reach out to Ray Bachan since she lacks communication skills since and he is supposed to be the CEO and he hasn't returned my call. Do not give these people anymore contracts. Premier is very receptive to requests and does a very good job in managing our association. They are prompt in addressing problems; their departments are very responsive in answering questions and achieving the best resolution to any controversies that might arise. Their reps have always been knowledgeable and sincere in wanting to help.
