Do yourself a favor and find another provider. I've had my PCM chagned a couple of times and it's almost impossible to get an appointment within a week or two. Plus, you're looking at waiting over an hour just to be seen.

A few bad apples spoil the bunch. The front office are vultures when it comes to being ten minutes early for an appt, but no one seems to care that you are placed in a back room waiting for an hour to be seen! I would be more understanding if they were short staffed, but it sounds like a Happy Hour is going on through the walls. I got there at 12:50. My appt was at 1:10. I left at 3:00 (I had to race home to get my other kids from the school bus), otherwise I would have been there longer. Unprofessional and insincere.

I scheduled an appointment for the 9th in the LATE afternoon, but recieved a notification that the clinic cancelled. So I called to reschedule and was told I can be seen today in 30 minutes, this was the only time available, and that there was going to be an hour wait... Dr. Lange has no patient bedside manner; he is a prude, seems condescending and does not show patient empathy. He would better in service as a part-time physician or work at an Urgent Care clinic. The Tricare system are the administrator for these clinics in the military healthcare system and should remind these people that they serve the Active Duty and retirees and their dependent's. This same clinic is advertising for new patients; they need to be more aware who pays them, The PATIENT!
