This is NOT Someone you can trust. From rot, to insect damage this was all left unreported on the report for the same of the sale with his realtor friend Bonnie Chase. This house has been a nightmare and if this was a skilled inspector who truly did his job these issues would have been found. Issues including mold off the charts rotting wood rotting structure No insulation in many points and much water damage from poor building construction. DO NOT USE!!!
