I hired Joey with Premier Appraisals in March 2024 for an appraisal on a multifamily commercial building that I own in Mobile, Alabama. Joey advised me that he would give me an appraisal for $1,500 and requested $750 to start the process with the rest due at completion. I paid him $750 with the rest due at completion.
