Ken did an excellent job with the appraisal, very professional and thorough! I will be using him again in the future for certain and plan to hook my son (a realtor) up with him for future referrals. My Grandmother is 78 years old, and he was extremely kind and even helped her about while he was doing the appraisal. She was very pleased with him compared to some of the others she has dealt with in the past.
Selling my house on my own and wanted it appraised to set my price accordingly. He was very professional and asked a lot of questions about the house to get the best understanding of my property he took plenty of pictures and even drew a floor plan of the house. I would use him again and was very personable and considerate of my time.
Ken is very knowledgeable and is a super kind person to deal with.
