I do NOT recommend. Had an appraisal done and it came back 20K less than my previous appraisal 2 years ago and we just redone our bathroom that cost us 6K. I am completely speechless and disappointed.

She knows what she's doing got me in and out took 5 minutes to get me titled and registered including a new license plate
I would not recommend. No return call or emails. Appraised our home. $40,000 lowered than 2015 appraisal after over $50,000 of updated. Even $10,000 lower than appraisal done in 2010. Home values didn't go down that much. Very disappointed. Would to have at least spoke to someone about the evaluation..no reply! Wish I would have had a better experience.
