Shout out to Mary B for getting me moved in within less than 24 hrs. She was the most helpful leasing agent I’ve ever had and I move just about every three years due to military service.
The apartment is very nice and the building is very secure. The amenities are always nice and clean. Everything is close and within walking distance. Mary and Damaris were very helpful with all my questions and were always pleasant.
Jackson was informative, patient, knowledgeable, and honest. It didn’t seem like fluff or fake connection it all was very real and not only that but I was pleased with the content that was being communicated honestly to me about everything, from the apartment, to the cost, to the cleaning staff, everything was just honest— rare in this industry. This experience was hands down a 10/10!!! The atmosphere has been incredible! The whole staff has been super SUPPORTIVE, super FRIENDLY, the whole way through to even moving in. They were HELPFUL the whole way through and very PROFESSIONAL! The staff made this experience comfortable and enjoyable every step of the way, hands down you won’t regret moving to these locations the staff has your back and will guide you the whole way with whatever help you may need!
Mary B. has been AMAZING. I had to find housing within a very short timeframe right before the Thanksgiving holiday. She was quick, efficient, and (most of all) kind. The morning I came in to pick up the keys, she went an extra mile to check in on how I've been doing personally, considering the reasons for my sudden move.
