Worst management and too expensive for what you get. I been here long enough to see the changes. This management is out of control. Nothing gets fixed, and if they need to enter, they don’t and tell you violated the contract.. everything in the apartment is falling apart, mold smell all through, issues with roaches, they fix things with the cheapest material that only last for less than 30 days. Old complex This is a very old complex, built in 1985 and consistently has maintenance issues every new tenant who moves into this complex has maintenance issues in less than 30 days after move in. The roofs collapse every winter due to heavy rain and have to be patched up every summer. Every unit is full of mold there's no ventilation or circulation. Premier Apartments Very old complex, do not be fooled by the outside remodel. All unit are full of mold I have live here over 5 years and lived in 3 units here. The apartment rules collapse every winter due to the rain in all unit buildings in roofers have to come out every summer to patch up. There is no installation in between the walls you can hear your next-door neighbors or upstairs neighbors conversations very clearly. Premier Apts West Lancaster .. I miss our previous managers Luz and Linda they were friendly and sweet and got things done.. We now have a new male manager he's a dead fish no personality what so ever..
former renter For anyone that has kids this is not the place for you this building has no privacy walls are thin you can hear your neighbors conversations an if your living upstairs people at the bottom will say your stomping an all your doing is walking it's just a headache to live here
