I have disputed 3 times because they coded my bill wrong they won't quit harassing me
They sent us to Collection while they told us in an email that they are resubmitting the claim. Contacted my insurance and found out they never resubmitted.
Absolute joke of a company. Worst communication possible.
The 1.8 stars is skewed since Preston Smith wrote a review, gave 5 stars ....about the same time he was named the new president of Premier Anesthesia. I'm just evening up the tally. My experience so far has been Pre-Op with a Dr. Patel who told me up front he won't be the one attending my surgery. I was given a business card by the M.A. which only lists the 877# and email for the billing department for Premier Anesthesia.
