I have been coming to this branch for a couple years from the beginning. They're very compassionate, especially Susana . I enjoy seeing her and if I always have any difficulties, she has set up my email., help me with my account and many more ... one of the nicest branch I've ever been to ... and that's why I will continue thank you for all your service and most of your kindness and compassion to the customers
I went today to cash my check, was told I couldn't cash it. I was told there had to be a 48hr hold on the check. Mind you this is who I have an actual bank account with & would have been my 2nd time cashing a check from my employer there. So I didn't understand why there "had" to be a 48 hr hold on it. Being that I already bank with this company & have cashed a check from my employer here before. (SAME COMPANY CHECK THAT I HAVE CASHED BEFORE!). So I left & went to the main branch in Chatsworth. Visited PACU on 1/24/26 and David provided excellent customer service. He helped me with my new accounts, which I had opened online, and issued me a debit card on the spot. I appreciate the convenience of not waiting for the card to arrive via mail. Thanks, David!"
