Horrible service with no care for their customers
25 year customer going through a very difficult time, Cici was so helpful, professional, and friendly.
Go with a different credit union if you can. Was with bank for many years until had emergency situation and didn't bring acct current within 30 days. Everything was fine until I realized they they ended the bank relationship and reported negative on my credit report.
Location on Saticoy Street is great.
