Went for BBL & Halo. Dr.Neff was great. Explained everything in detail, took time to be sure I was comfortable & she personally performed all treatments. I chose this provider over a MedSpa because I wanted a Physician to provide the treatment, not a "Physician Supervised" tech or nurse. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I have gone here twice for Botox for the “11” lines in my forehead between my eyebrows. I always looked mad in photos and my daughter’s wedding was approaching! Dr Neff was professional, explained what results I could expect and even helped me find discounts from the manufacturer to save money! I truly appreciated that! I also appreciated her conservative approach to treatment, especially since I hadn’t had any type of cosmetic treatments before. I have had three treatments now and the lines are definitely relaxing.
The only reason I gave one star is for the staff who provide facials and microneedling. However, going in for consultations with the owner was a nightmare. I went in to get a consultation for varicose veins, she never even looked at my legs and showed absolutely no interest at all in my legs. Never looked at them. All she did was show me on her cell phone how long her wait list was and how popular she was. She briefly reviewed other services that I might be interested in such as fillers and kybella.
