Complete waste of time, faith, and money. The inspection was only surface level and while the report trumped trumped up lots of "detail" it was all meaningless. The real kicker is that in my opinion, Boyd had far to close of a relationship with the real-estate agent and was compromised.
Boyd does an exceptional job both in inspecting and reporting. Compared to other inspection reports, his reports contain bullet points and are not wordy. Issues are specific, not generalized. He provides make, model and serial numbers for each major mechanical system. Photos added to the report are large. As a Realtor, I am confident and comfortable referring Boyd. I trust he will perform a thorough inspection and the report will be presented professionally and in a timely manner. His reports make me look good too! Thanks Bo... read more
