RecommendedBest finance company I have ever dealt with. They mistakenly took an extra payment out while converting payments to a new system. They reversed the NSF fee right away. I have been with them since October and they are always kind, pleasant and amazing.
Today I had the worst experience ever with Premier Acceptance. They took an unauthorized payment out of my account and refused to refund it then the collections manager laughed at me when I started crying. The unauthorized payment wAs for $600. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN! Do not get ur car from ray skill man. They are frauds. Inbox me for more details
This is the worst finance company I have ever dealt with. Seems fitting to have 1 star. I'm sure it'd have none if possible. All they do is harass you for your jacked up payment and won't allow you to refinance
