My boyfriends windsheild was severely cracked. I contacted Will and he sent someone out the next day. Very fast and professional. Will recommended to anyone needing a new wind shield.

I was fully informed and well taken care of from start to finish. They even coordinated to have it installed while I had other work done at a great mechanic shop they recommended. Honestly, I was worried that my insurance wouldn't cover it and I would have to pay a copay. They educated me on how it works and even assured me by having the insurance company contact me to alleviate my concerns. They really went above and beyond to make the process seamless and simple. I used Premier1 Auto Glass last week and I had a really good experience with them. They did my parents cars as well. I got 2 giftcards for referring my parents, KUDOS!!!!! Anyways, I'm glad the whole thing only took about 2 hours. I will use them again for sure! Thank you!!!
