Worst company EVER. I wish I could give zero stars. Even though my doctor prescribed and attached pre authorization I can’t get life saving medication for my son. I call and call and am lied to, hung up on etc. When I asked to speak with higher authority and was told again and again they would say the same thing! These people are garbage im fat and prediabetic and am trying to get healthy and fit and the won't cover the treatment and medication my doctor asked for these people should be forced to receive the same treatment that provide
Knowing the truths about the complications my wife has going because of this company. And then getting in here for review and seeing all these 1 star ratings sickens me. We provided everything this insurance company needs and they come back and say we don't have the information. So denied. They do it again and I will print them out . People should know
I had them for two years. They didn't help me at all, but increased my own debt.
