Chris was our realtor for our first home and I'm glad we had him to guide us through the process. We learned so much about houses and what to look for in a home. He came to every showing with us and informed us of open houses that popped up. I would recommend him if you are a first time homebuyer or a seasoned buyer. He's also a super nice guy! Thanks Chris, couldn't have done it without you.
Chris was amazing to work with. Very knoweldgeable and helpful when strategizing on how to best approach our offer. He suggested adding a clause that would automatically bump our offer 5k over the next best offer up to a ceiling we set. This move ended up being the key to getting our offer accepted on our dream home. There were multiple other issues that needed to be worked through after our offer was accepted and his team was incredible throughout the entire process, things would have fallen apart if it wasn't for them.
I have used Premeer Real Estate for 2 different transactions both were seamless and professional. There marketing is top notch and they go above and beyond to help you with every need. The attention to detail and clarity in every step is just what every home owner/buyer needs. Chris is amazing goes above and beyond!
