I have sold two houses with Chris Whitten and each one has been sold quickly and at or above our asking price. The most recent I honestly was concerned where we listed at because of a few other competing properties but having worked with Chris before and seeing how he worked with another family member I did not question it and within a week we had an offer at our price with no contingencies and as usual Chris made the entire process smooth straight through closing.
