he is very gentle and explains things well
I have great respect for Dr Kumar and his knowledge. He is gentle spoken and speaks directly. Other members of my family are seen by Dr Kumar and are doing very well under his care. The office staff is the best!
Definitely an it standing Physician that goes the extra mile for ALL of his patients. I've dealt with gastrointestinal problems since I was an infant until now [ now 48 yes old ] from Illinois to Washington state now into the Valley not a better Doctor has been able to a blessing me qith [ ALL ] of my problems as Dr Kumar has been ablessistble to not only investigate but come up with solutions to my ongoing battle internally. Dr. Kumar has successfully diagnosed and treated my problems. A++
Doctor Kumar is the most soft spoken, gentlest doctor we have ever met!!!! He is so caring too! His bedside manner is excellent!!! He truly cares about helping his patients the best that he can. I have seen Doctor Kumar three times and will see him again soon. My husband now sees him and feels the same way I do. Dr Kumar is wonderful. I have Crohns Disease and he has been amazing for the past 9 years. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Kumar was very good explaining the procedure and even asking about other conditions that I have; although not part of the procedure I was seeing him for at that time he gave me some very good advice on the unrelated condition which is also part of gastroenterology. I will be contacting him again. I did not consider the staff as part of this review although I had no problems with any contact with them. At this point, I have full confidence in Dr. Kumar's expertise.
The staff called to verify my visit was covered on my insurance and assured me it was 100%. After my visit and a referral for colonoscopy the referred doctors office called to inform me they were not in my network and therefore would not be covered. now Dr Kumar's office is billing me for services I was assured were 100% covered. They do not know what they are doing. I am being told That I was rendered services and am therefore responsible for the bill even though the services were worthless.
Will not go the length to get your medication approved. Staff very unwilling to help. Angie had the worst attitude and will not help you with anything, very inappropriate something is wrong with her. Failed to get my medications approved half way through treatment. Angie stated she did not have all day to fax my script to pharmacy even though I was running out of medications. Staff has no experience in the medical field. Please if your life is counting on this group of people, go elsewhere
