I had an appointment at 12:00 p.m. today, at 11:45 I went to the place but door was locked, states press button on side & someone will be with you shortly, no one showed up, so I pressed doorbell again at 11:49, no one, waited & rang bell at 11:54, again 12:00 & 12:03. I'm a very prompt person, you say noon I expect noon, not 12:01, etc. I drove from Los Lunas to this location. What a huge disappointment. Crossed off my list. Unprofessional
