My 1st interaction to get the SOS had a minor hiccup. I thought it and I must not be important to this company. I WAS WRONG. The way PreludeDx addressed it (behind the scenes) was the MOST IMPRESSIVE style of leadership that I have ever experienced. I received a personal call from their D.O. Jasmin Valverde; she made sure I was satisfied. She even implemented a new process to help the next client. I am beside myself with GRATITUDE and RELIEF. Dr. David Dabbs has a great reputation and Daniel Forche cares about his clientele!
