Interview process here is terrible. Non-empathetic person by the name of Eileen has got to be most unprofessional individual I've ever met in a VC firm. She hops on for my interview early in the morning wearing pajamas, and her cat I interrupted her train of thought 6 times. Her cat kept going across her monitor and in the background and had to shush it up. By the time I had spoken to my recruiter about it, she apologized to me for her unprofessional behavior. Overall firm are money hungry. Stay far away from working here.
