Made an appointment and took the car to Prela at 8AM. GAVE them parts for hub assemblies and drum brakes and asked them to check a bushing. At 4pm the same day I had received no word and called to check on the status and cost of the repair. The woman seemed bewildered when I mentioned my name, car and work that I requested. This is the worst place I have every brought my car too. I paid close to $600 for work that the guy never did. I even tipped the workers 50 bucks. As soon as I drove my care off the lot the same problems were still there. So he charged me money for work he did not do. They are the WORST auto shop I have ever been too. I dropped my 12 year old car off a few weeks ago because I needed an oil change, inspection, wipers fixed, and my service engine light was on. The told me all I needed was a tune-up and that they can fix my wipers for me.
